Chris Schmid Promoted to Captain

American Legion Post 550 2nd Vice Commander and VFW Post 1296 Commander Chris Schmid was promoted to Captain and turned over command of NRC Minneapolis. He read his orders for the Bureau of Medicine in northern Virginia. Bloomington Veterans Honor Guard provided colors during the national anthem.
