Part of The American Legion’s mission is to support our youth and the community. Our post works hard to raise funds for local programs in Bloomington. Some examples are the Bloomington Kennedy Activities Foundation, Scouting, local sports boosters, Angelica Cantanti Youth Choirs. There are too many to list them all. Those jerseys, that scoreboard, the travel expenses, we likely helped out in some manner.
